                            InstructionsHeat a pan and add the melted ghee. When it is hot, reduce the flame and add wheat flour. Increase the flame and stir thoroughly the wheat flour with the ghee for a few minutes, until it begins to give off a pleasant smell and starts to change its colour. Then add sugar and mix well. Remove from fire and Add milk powder and cardamom powder and mix well. Cool it a bit(do not cool completely, laddu should be made when the mixture is still hot)and with the hand make small balls of the mixture. Wheat flour laddu is ready.  | ||
