Russian salad made with vegetables, egg and mayonnaise.

Ingredients Potatoes - 115 gms Green Peas - 115 gms Carrots - 115 gms Turnips - 55 gms Beans - 55 gms Boiled egg - 1 Lettuce Bunch - 1/2 Tomato - 1 Mayonnaise - as required
Instructions Peel and boil vegetables in salt water, separately. Mixed prepared vegetables, with mayonnaise Pile the salad on a lettuce leaf. Decorate with sliced egg and sliced tomato.
