Being a fresher in this area, I am not in a position to comment on this.Yet I tried to make the Sukhiyan according to ur recipe and that was really superb.I wish to get a clarification abt the dough.What we add in the dough...salt or sugar or both?? pls do reply me......... You can make a medium thick batter with Maida adding a pinch of salt. If you need yellow batter either add a pinch of turmeric or yellow color to the batter. | |
