Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until translucent and glossy. Then add ginger, garlic, green chillies and turmeric and stir well. Add curry leaves, tomatoes and the second coconut milk. Add fish and bring it to boil. Add salt and stir well. When the fish pieces are well cooked, reduce the flame and add 1st coconut milk. Do not boil it. Add lemon juice and stir carefully(to make sure that the fish pieces do not break). Serve with steamed rice.
